These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Infinity Barre Fitness website, memberships, live classes, on-demand content, and related services.
By accessing this website, purchasing a membership, creating an account, or participating in any class or program o ered by Infinity Barre Fitness, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Infinity Barre Fitness aims to provide a minimum number of live classes weekly; however, schedules may vary depending on holidays, seasonal periods, instructor availability, or planned rest periods. During reduced live schedules, alternative on-demand content may be provided whenever possible.
All services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Eligibility
By using this website and participating in classes, you confirm that:

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
By participating in any Infinity Barre Fitness class, workout, or program, you acknowledge and agree that:
you participate voluntarily and at your own risk,
you are responsible for consulting a physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program,
you understand that online fitness instruction cannot replace individualized medical advice or in-person supervision,
you are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during exercise.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms, you should stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice when appropriate.
Infinity Barre Fitness encourages all participants to work at their own pace, take modifications when needed, and prioritize safe movement practices. Special care should be taken by individuals who are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or returning to exercise after a period of inactivity.
5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
By participating in classes and using the services provided by Infinity Barre Fitness, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks which may result in injury, illness, property damage, or other losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Barre Fitness shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from:
participation in live or on-demand classes,
improper use of equipment or props,
unsafe exercise environments,
technical interruptions or platform failures,
or failure to follow provided instructions or modifications.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
your workout space is safe and suitable,
your equipment is properly maintained, and you exercise within your personal abilities and limitations.
6. Memberships, Payments & Renewals
Certain services are accessible through paid memberships or digital purchases.
By subscribing to a membership, you agree that:
memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle,
payment information must remain valid and up to date,
failed payments may result in suspension of access,
pricing and membership structures may evolve over time.
Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance whenever reasonably possible.
Due to the digital nature of the services provided, memberships and digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or designated billing platform.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information.

9. Community Conduct

Users agree not to:
engage in harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, or hate speech,
disrupt live classes or community spaces,
post inappropriate or o ensive content,
or behave in ways that compromise the experience or safety of others.
Infinity Barre Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for inappropriate conduct.
10. Technology & Service Availability
While every e ort is made to provide reliable access to classes and content, Infinity Barre Fitness does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, streaming services, or digital platform.
Technical issues, maintenance periods, third-party outages, or internet disruptions may occasionally a ect access to services.
